Easy Brisket Dutch Oven Recipe

Easy Brisket
  1. 3 lb beef brisket
  2. Seasoned tenderizer
  3. 2 Tbsp flour
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  1. Before going camping, coat brisket well with tenderizer.
  2. Wrap with heavy duty aluminum foil.
  3. Wrap with another layer.
  4. Keep it in the refrigerator until you pack up to leave - this gives the tenderizer time to soak in.
  5. Place in preheated 250 degree dutch oven and cover.
  6. Cook on low heat for 6 hours or more for full flavor and juiciness.
  7. You can cook faster on a higher heat, but it is not nearly as good.
  8. Remove meat from foil.
  9. Use the meat juice, flour, salt, and pepper to make a gravy and pour it over served meat.
